All gift certificates and purchased services are transferable, with notice via email to info@azureaquaspa.com , indicating to whom the purchase and booking are being gifted to.

All cancellations or changes with less than the required notice listed below are subject to charges in full.

Cancellations and changes to all scheduled appointment(s) must be confirmed
by email to info@azureaquaspa.com .

The use of the facilities is at the sole risk and responsibility of the client. No drugs or alcohol are permitted. Azure Aqua Spa has the discretion to turn away any clients that seem to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, without refund.

Please be aware that Azure Aqua Spa may alter the information on its website from time to time.

Azure Aqua Spa shall have no liability arising from the use of it’s website.

There is no rescheduling for a late appointment. The appointment will end at the scheduled time.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and expire after 365 days. All gift certificates and purchased treatments are transferable, with notice via email to info@azureaquaspa.com

No refunds on purchases after 30 days.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, with the exception of no rescheduling on Saturday or Sunday. Rescheduling is allowed only once. All rescheduling is to be done by email.

We require 48 hours notice for Group of 4 or more and there are no reimbursements. Cancellations or rescheduling only by email.

All services to be provided within 365 days. Client is responsible for their own booking.

It is the clients responsibility to provide their own Personal Support Worker in order to assist them with personal and mobility issues.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ask for assistance should they feel any discomfort during any body treatment, massage or float.

If you are too hot, too cold or the video is not to your liking, please ask for assistance by opening the pool suite door and ask.
