  • Students with valid ID
  • First responders with valid ID
  • Hydrotherapy referrals from approved healthcare providers such as physicians, RMT, RN, counselor for conditions including anxiety chronic stress, insomnia, depression, high blood pressure, chronic muscle pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, tension headache, migraine and non-contagious skin conditions (eczema and psoriasis).

Therapeutic Floats

Therapeutic float sessions take place in warm, Epsom salt-saturated water that allows the body to float effortlessly in a calm, quiet environment. Like regular float therapy, the experience can help support relaxation, stress relief, muscle comfort, better rest, and a peaceful break from daily demands while giving guests time to reset both physically and mentally.

Eligibility & Booking

Therapeutic floats are available to students with valid ID, first responders with valid ID, and guests with hydrotherapy referrals from approved healthcare providers such as physicians, RMTs, RNs, and counsellors. Referrals may apply for concerns such as anxiety, chronic stress, insomnia, high blood pressure, chronic muscle pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, eczema, and psoriasis.

How it Works

A float pool, like that at our Kitchener and Waterloo spa, contains warm water saturated with Epsom salt, allowing guests to float effortlessly on the surface. The experience is designed to create a calm and comfortable environment focused on relaxation and wellness.
