    This is the best spa experience that I've had. I did the Capri package with the seaweed wrap. I've never done a salt water float before and it was so relaxing. The staff was very welcoming. I will definitely be going back.

    I would like to start by thanking Greg first. I called him a day before my husband’s birthday to see if he can accommodate us for float and massage package and voila he did it. I would recommend Float anytime. It’s the best thing happened to us in years thanks to this place. A must go for couples. After that we had a massage session Adonis package for 2. It was very relaxing especially scrub and Vichy bath. Indeed it was fabulous aqua spa. Bamboo whisk was new experience for us probably next time we might go for another package. But Float is a game changer here. We left the spa smiling. I literally forgot to change my slipper and went out along with spa slipper lol. Thank you for wonderful experience. We will visit again for sure.

    I brought my 10 year old daughter here for her birthday for a mummy and me spa day. The spa went above and beyond for our treatments and even decorated with a special birthday banner. We had a float, birthday cake scrub with vichy shower, facial and scalp massage. It was so relaxing and fun. The massage therapists were excellent at their job and it was such a relaxed atmosphere- no rushing. They really wanted us to enjoy our day! It was my daughter's first spa experience and I am not sure we could top this one. Highly recommend!

    Amazing float today. I’m pregnant and the floating took all the pressure off of my back and hips. One hour was the perfect time slot for my first time going. Went with my husband and enjoyed the relaxation together. Very clean and friendly. Great experience close to home in KW. Highly recommend.

  • Me and four of my girlfriends were there this evening it was absolutely wonderful the customer service was great the ladies were so friendly and so nice. To the people with the one-star reviews it's so sad to see all the negative comments. The float was so beautiful and peaceful the water was perfect temperature. The music was perfect very relaxing and being able to watch what was on the screen was very nice too you got to pick what you wanted to watch that was really cool. The Vichy shower was absolutely amazing... The girls did a very nice body scrub with the scent of lavender it was so nice and relaxing and the shower heads that rinsed us off after was so nice. I will visit again. Thank you to the lovely ladies we had an amazing time thanks for your patience.😊💕

    Very nice service First time trying float and Aromadream package. The experience was great from booking with Greg over the phone to Sharon who gave me the aromadream treatment. Very clean facilities, changerooms, and little touches like water bottle and candy are sweet extras! Great place for some relaxation and pampering on your own or with partner or friends.

    We visited the spa for the first time yesterday. We purchased one of the packages and loved the whole treatment. Floating was such a great experience and so relaxing. The Vichy scrub and shower left us feeling fresh and our skin so soft. The two ladies we had were very kind, gave clear details and guided us through the whole appointment. We highly recommend trying Azure Aqua Spa!

    Great couples experience. Late review but my partner and I did a couples float and scrub Valentine’s Day package and it was a wonderful experience for the both of us. Very clean establishment, as well both welcoming and a comfortable environment.

    I've had such an incredible experience at Azure. Me and my partner really enjoyed the Cinema Float, it was so relaxing. Their massage is something I'll be coming back for again and again, and the Vichy scrub is such a good way to rejuvenate your skin, while relaxing! The atmosphere is lovely and the staff and the owners are very friendly and expertly. Looking forward to coming back and totally recommending this Spa to all of my friends!

    On a whim took my best friend there to treat ourselves after over 30 years of friendship. Was hoping to feel relaxed and silky and left feeling even better. The float was bliss and my body never felt so taken care of after the scrub. The staff were lovely and always let you know what was next, checking in on temperature. Already looking forward to my next visit.

  • My girlfriend and I tried the float and spa service for Valentines day in 2020 and we have been back many times since. Float tanks: Nice clean rooms with large float tanks so you can float with a friend, relaxing music and hd projectors displaying gorgeous landscapes. Perfect for unwinding and clearing your head. Spa services: Hot stones, body scrubs and superb masseuses. There are an almost overwhelming number of spa packages to choose from. And the vichy shower afterwards is a must. Staff: Always welcoming and helpful.

    We booked for the couple massage for Saturday afternoon, and it was best worth of time and money. At entrance we were greeted by an awesome gentleman who gave us the small orientation before going to the Change room, then headed to the massage of a lifetime. Jordi was an professional and she really knew the where the knots were and both the masseuse were great, enthusiastic and excellent customer service,. They really take care of you at Asure Aqua Spa Float and Vichy!
